Maids Anonymous
Maids Anonymous North Wood was a town with a distinctive split personality. Many of its residents were quite wealthy, and much of that wealth was inherited, rather than earned. Both groups, however, behaved in a similar manner. While many enjoyed a life of leisure and sometimes conspicuous consumption, others believed in a more balanced work/play life. Occasional the latter would fall into the category of workaholic, who found nothing could match the pleasure they gained from working. Whatever the source of their wealth, and whatever their attitude toward work and life, most of North Wood's wealthy tended to live in rather large houses which required more time to be devoted to everyday cleaning and upkeep than they were either willing to put in, or had the time to perform those tasks themselves. Not everyone who called North Wood home enjoyed the trappings of great wealth, however. Even though it was often not evident from a distance, many were just getting by, but were
