The snow is Cold and biting, the Darkness black and deep.
Your footsteps grow heavy, your wounds slowly seep.
Fear drives you forward, shelter you do seek.
For there you can rest, and finally dare to sleep.
The Mother's fire guides you, if you could only see.
In Her arms she'll warm you, in fields of green.
They say the snow is endless, the sky void of stars.
The bodies of the unseeing, frozen on the ground.
You trip and stumble o'er them, no shelter to be seen.
Your chain of sin drags in the snow, you've long since lost the key.
The Mother's fire guides you, if you could only see.
In Her arms she'll warm you, in fields of green.
The smoke scent fills you nose, the spark can just be seen.
Your foot pads quicken in the snow, the pain now just a dream.
The Mother gathers you in Her embrace, and carries you like a child.
The chain falls away from your leg, your sins now reconciled.
The Mother's fire guided you, because you could still see.
Close your eyes so you may rest, in Her fields of green.

Sleep Tight.
It was a warm yet peaceful night, the sounds of trees swaying in the light breeze and crackling from the dying campfire had already helped calm Ace until he was fast asleep, reduced to nothing but a few small shifts.
He was usually one of the last ones of his friends to actually go to bed as he’d always try and keep the adventure going until the very last second. This wasn’t so much of a problem for the others until it got incredibly late and Ace had gotten them lost or up a creek without a paddle only for him to laugh it off as just part of the experience.
This time when he was about to jump out with some ‘amazing’

Slave
In a large chamber of gold trim and crystals, there was a large group of wealthy people dining at a huge table, full of bountiful food. They all where chatting about there money, power, politics, and control over there people.
Then a small fox boy, wearing nothing but a white loincloth came in. He held a tray of crystal glasses full of alcoholic beverages. He walked over to the table, with a Sidisk coming up right behind him.
The boy was looking down at the floor the whole time. He soon went to one of the guests side, and traded his empty glass for a full one. He went on with his business, trying not to be noticed.

Damned - GiD
Andrew was the type of boy who didn't give up anything without a fight, the kind of boy who did anything he could to get his way, and in the past, it had served him well enough. Sure, plenty of people thought he was an asshole, but most people realized that he didn't abuse his determination, that he saved it for the things that really mattered. He wasn't the sort to throw a hissy fit because his friends were going to a movie he didn't want to see, but if someone was doing something he really didn't like, well, that was a different matter entirely.
As a result, when Andrew was grabbed from behind on his way home from school, he put up a fight

Awww, what a lovely little song. Sounds like a sad lullaby.
