Mucking around with Amazon's updated POD system to convert my stories to paperback format. So far I've just gotten Prisoners of War put together, since I was able to a good copy of my original manuscript and Waz's cover art. Have to see how it sells when it becomes available for purchase. Next step will probably be an omnibus of the collected RVA stories, once I've finished and published The Red Vixen at Sea.

So after posting Part 21 of Minerva's journey into the Furry Amsterdam BDSM world, I've gotten a whopping eight favorites in the past twenty-four hours, when the more usually fave rate is maybe 3 or 4 in a week (and two of those guaranteed from Vikki Rubbervixen slotting each part into two different folders). Character Concept: The Disaster Lesbians
So this is a concept that start percolating in my head while listening to Cage the Elephant's "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" on endless repeat, which somehow mutated into the background music for a furry sci-fi Western bank heist ala Trigun/Firefly. Basic Concept: Three lesbian furries Do Crimes (or occasionally bounty hunting) leaving wreckage in their wake ala Dirty Pair. I don't have names for them yet but they fit pretty neatly into the usual Heist Story stereotypes. The Muscle: Species - Wazagan (because of course). 7 1/2 feet of kick-ass of blue hair and attitude, usually punching someone or firing a BFG, or possibly both at the same time. Considers bar brawls a recreational sport. The Brains/The Sniper: Species - Black Leopard. So yesterday someone PM'ed me, asking if I wanted to help them write an 8k NSFW Pokemon for a commission. Some relevant points: 1. I don't know jack about Pokemon nor do I have any Pokemon related stories in my gallery or my faves. 2. I don't write stories on commission, nor do I advertise that I do. 3. I have no idea who the person is, and our only relation is that we follow a couple of the same artists. 4. The specific mention "I haven't been paid yet for this" wasn't exactly inspiring. The weird thing is I'd have dismissed it straightaway as a scam, but it was a Core account with stuff actually in their own gallery. I just have no idea why they'd contact me randomly out of the blue like that.

I've considered putting my book on CreateSpace but there were so few sales as an ebook, and then I decided to go with submitting it to Thurston Howl Publishing...
